Autodesk Flow Design is a lightweight computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tool for rapid, visual wind‑tunnel simulation in early design stages. Originally introduced as Project Falcon, it provides immediate feedback on airflow, pressure, and velocity around 3D models through real-time streamlines and contour visualizations. Users can interactively adjust wind speed and direction, iterate on geometry, and compare scenarios without the setup overhead of traditional CFD. Typical applications include exploring building aerodynamics and pedestrian wind comfort, assessing drag on vehicles, and evaluating airflow around consumer products. Flow Design supported common CAD formats and could be used as a standalone application or alongside select design tools. Note: Autodesk Flow Design has been discontinued and is no longer sold or supported.
Autodesk Flow Design is developed by Autodesk and is used by 5 users of Software Informer. The most popular version of this product among our users is 14.0. The name of the program executable file is Falcon.exe.
